Minsk new bar Insomnia is opened almost 24 hours with the short break between 5am and 8(10)am in the morning. It is divided into three zones: the so called sleepy zone with comfortable sofas, the bar zone with clocks, showing time in different cities, which will hang next to menu, and the third zone, which will remind visitors of the motives from “Alice in wonderland”.
The choice of meals is not very wide, though pretty variable: from Thai curry and New-York burgers to the real British puddings. There is some French and Italian meals as well. Of course, there is also Belarusian food. The well-known draniki are undoubtedly included into the list. The owners of the bar claim that the prices at “Insomnia” are very honest: for the main course they vary from $6 to $35.
The visitors also have a chance to experiment with their food. They are provided with extra-ingredients going with the main course, so that people themselves can create new flavours of the meal. People responsible for the drinks are the best barmen of Minsk, though the price of spirits is $10 at maximum.
